NIL rules have opened opportunities for high school athletes who live in states that allow them to profit from endorsement offers. Numerous high level recruits in football and basketball have signed deals with trading companies.
Clark scored 41 points in a win over LSU in the NCAA Women’s Tournament Monday night. She signed a new, exclusive deal with Panini last month, with Topps wrapping up its deal with an $850 Clark product made up of low serial numbered cards and a guaranteed auto that was made available online last week.
Panini didn’t release any new Clark cards on its first day of the new partnership Monday but a spokesman told SC Daily they would “definitely be happening soon.” Clark’s autographed memorabilia deal with Panini began last week and all of the items it offered have sold out.
