Leaf Trading Cards is raising money for the Autism Foundation through a new set of trading cards.
Now under new management, the company has created a multi-sport offering that has 20 cards of athletes across multiple sports.
Shohei Othani, Corbin Carroll, Ronald Acuna, Jr., Brock Purdy, SJ Stroud, Steph Curry, Ken Griffey Jr., Peyton Manning, Lionel Messi, Erling Haaland and Cristiano Ronaldo are some of the names on the checklist, which also includes some female athletes. The set will be printed to order and serial numbered to final print run.
All proceeds will be directed to the foundation to support Autism awareness initiatives.
Leaf Marketing Director CJ Breen says the idea started with company executives getting together to find a way to make a positive impact during the holidays. They worked with the Dallas chapter of the Autism Foundation to make it happen.
“Our goal was to establish partnerships and align ourselves with a cause that truly resonates with Leaf,” he told SC Daily. “Our mission is to serve others and that is what the Autism Foundation prides itself on. As the holiday season draws near, we recognize the importance of giving back and raising awareness for those who need it the most.”
The cards are available until Dec. 20 with a $19.99 donation.
