Zion Williamson and Ja Morant high-grade rookie cards, game-worn shoes from NBA legends and cards from the “Generation T” tobacco card collection headline the Lelands Mid-Summer 2020 Pop-Up Auction, scheduled to launch this Sunday.
Over 400 lots will be in the auction, with items starting at lower minimum bids than in the company’s larger catalog sales.
The collection of 18 Williamson and Morant rookie cards is highlighted by hobby-fresh Panini National Treasures Rookie Patch Autographs of both players.
The auction will also feature a “best of the best” modern card offering of some of the hottest cards on the market including Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Mike Trout, Giannis Antetokounmpo and others.
Modern card collectors will also find a high-end array of Patrick Mahomes autograph and rookie cards including a recently graded autographed 2017 Contenders Rookie Ticket.
The Mid-Summer Pop-Up also includes a 14-lot “tease” of the tobacco card collection SC Daily reported on earlier this week. While most of the wide-ranging collection will be offered in the Lelands Fall 2020 Classic Auction, the Pop-Up sale will include the SGC 5 Ty Cobb and other examples from the collection which has been in the same family for more than 100 years.
Memorabilia in the auction is headlines by an extensive collection of shoes from the likes of Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Magic Johnson, Karl Malone, Dennis Rodman, Dominique Wilkins and other NBA standouts.
The auction is slated to run from July 19 through August 2 at Lelands.com.
