Here’s something basketball collectors may not know in what’s been a hot market: There’s a parallel version of 2019-20 Hoops cards that’s exclusive to Australia.
Five-card gravity feed packs sold at certain retail outlets there have a Neon Green parallel at the bottom of the stack. The cost per pack is Au$3 which is around $1.80 US.
It’s an exclusive that’s identical to the Hoops “Yellow Flood” parallels found in packs sold at Dollar Tree stores here. Each gravity feed box contains 48 packs.
Each card in the 300-card base set has a Neon Green parallel.
The Zion Williamson rookie cards have been selling on eBay Australia for $100-$175.
While some avid collectors in North America have been aware of how the Neon Green parallels were distributed since early last month, there haven’t been many sold online.
You can get a look at more of them via eBay Australia here and a few that are listed on the US side here. Fewer than 30 cards have sold through the U.S. eBay market since last month.
