2015 Topps Inception Football is due for a return engagement, arriving in the early part of the NFL pre-season.
Each one pack box of Inception (likely about $90-100 at retail) contains two veteran base cards, one base green parallel, another base parallel, two autographs or auto relics and one Jumbo relic or patch card. Topps says autographs will be on card and all will be distributed in packs–no redemptions.
While images depict fairly generic images of players, Topps says they’ll be shown in their new NFL uniforms on images taken at the NFLPA Rookie Premiere held after this spring’s 2015 Draft.
While the autograph content of Inception is centered on rookies, the base set will be 100 veteran players. There will be several parallels including Green, Purple, Magenta (# to 99), Red (# to 75), Orange (# to 50), Blue (# to 25), new 1/1 Diamond and Framed Printing Plates (1/1).
Highlights from the Autographed Relics available in 2015 Topps Inception Football are:
Autographed Jumbo Patches including 7 parallels
Autograph Patch Book Cards numbered to 5
Autograph Laundry Tag Book Cards: Rookies featuring a signature and an NFL Nike laundry tag numbered to 5
Autograph Letters Book Cards: Rookies featuring an autograph and a letter from a nameplate (1/1)
Rookie Autograph NFL Shield Logo Patch Book Cards: Autograph and an NFL Nike Shield from the collar of a jersey
Regular autograph content will include:
Standard autographs from the NFL Rookie Premiere with several numbered parallels including a new Diamond version that will be numbered 1/1.
Inception Silver Signings feature rookies signing in silver ink on a black card design (# to 50). Gold Signings Parallels are numbered to 25 with gold ink autographs and there will be Gold “Nickname” (# to 10), “Inscriptions” and “QB Playbook” parallels, each 1/1.
Among the other major autograph hits will be a book card featuring six rookie autographs, numbered to 10 with 1/1 Diamond parallels.
Numbered to 20, QB Inception Autographs will be a card signed by all quarterbacks invited to the NFLPA Rookie Premiere while Quad Rookie Autographs will be a random combo of four autographs from NFL 
newcomers. Both will have 1/1 Diamond parallels.
Relic content will include regular and jumbo patches from the NFLPA Rookie Premiere with several numbered parallels including some 1/1.
The release date for 2015 Topps Inception Football is the week of August 12.
