A Denver woman is having some fun with the Colorado Rockies’ run to the American League championship series. Outfielder Matt Holliday is known as a prolific consumer of sunflower seeds. While on the field for a post-game fireworks show, Jennifer Hovden scooped up a bunch of the game-chewed shells and has put them on eBay, hoping something profitable will grow.
She’s already been interviewed by the local Fox affiliate, which ran the story Monday night.
