Sean Henn’s brief taste of the big leagues has enabled him to accumulate some nice autographed items. On the trip back home to Texas, someone decided to liquidate his collection.
Collecting autographs from fellow players is a hobby shared by a large number of today’s big leaguers.
Sean Henn was no different. The New York Yankees’ pitcher had picked up signed jerseys from Alex Rodriguez, Johan Santana, Ichiro and others. He put them all in his SUV, then entrusted his small, but growing collection to a mover. Somewhere between New York City and his home in Texas, they disappeared.
Henn said his vehicle may have changed different transport vans three or four times during the lengthy trip from New Jersey to Aledo, Texas. Henn had flown back after the regular season. His vehicle arrived about two weeks later.
