World Series programs have been a part of the game since it all began in 1903. Baseball collectors will find this year’s program is just a trifle larger than that one.
It’s 270 pages long–without the small sections that will be inserted for the sales at each of the team’s home ballparks.
This year’s World Series program is apparently short on gimmicks (except for the ads, of course) and long on quality writing. Matt Holliday and David Ortiz share the cover.
If you’re pondering a purchase, here’s the official preview.
