A long-time collector of baseball memorabilia is selling off pieces he’s collected over parts of several decades. Harvey Wildstein has thousands of items–mostly Yankees-related and much of it vintage–but as time marches on, he and his wife say it’s time to downsize.
The collection has taken over the basement–Harvey’s Man Cave–and in the last few weeks he’s moved it into the garage where this weekend, he’ll have what for baseball fans will be the ultimate garage sale.
Signed Mickey Mantle and Joe DiMaggio pieces, all with COAs, plus autographs, jerseys, programs and more will go out the door.
New York’s NBC 4 took the drive to East Brunwick, NJ, where 79-year-old Harvey and his wife of 53 years were talking about the collection and the decision to sell. Watch the story below.

The sale will be Saturday and Sunday at 58 Mitchell Ave., East Brunswick.
