Major League Baseball’s All-Star FanFest sets up shop in Cincinnati beginning late next week and Topps will have a presence.
The exclusive trading card partner of MLB, Topps will offer exclusive baseball cards, giveaways and other promotions at FanFest, which is scheduled for July 10-14 at the Duke Energy Center, next door to Great American Ballpark.
Topps will offer a wrapper redemption program that allows collectors to bring in one pack of cards from any 2015 Topps baseball product, open the pack at the Topps booth, and get an exclusive card of one of six players: Angels Mike Trout, Los Angeles Dodgers Clayton Kershaw, Chicago White Sox Jose Abreu, or Brandon Phillips, Joey Votto and Todd Frazier of the Cincinnati Reds. There’s a limit of one card of each player per person per day. All cards are available while supplies last.
Other offers include:
Exclusive patch card: Baseball fans who buy a 2015 Topps Baseball Complete Set will receive their choice of a commemorative patch card featuring a Reds great such as Johnny Bench, Joe Morgan, Barry Larkin, Frank Robinson, Tony Pérez, or Joey Votto.
Rediscover Day: On Saturday, July 11, Topps is celebrating Rediscover Day at the All-Star FanFest. Baseball fans who bring in a Topps baseball card from before the year 2000 will receive a new Topps card featuring a relic embedded in the card.
Bowman Day: The Futures Game will showcase the brightest prospects in Minor League Baseball on Sunday, July 12. Topps will give out Bowman sample packs.
