The latest edition of the XFL returns in February and the eight-team league owned by Vince McMahon’s Alpa Entertainment will have a trading card deal. Topps will produce the product, which will be offered in pack form. Details are a little sparse–much like name recognition factor for most of the players–but we do have some info to share.
The XFL was first launched in 2001 and lasted just one season but it’s getting a reboot for 2020 with eight teams based in Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Seattle, Washington D.C., New York, St. Louis and Tampa.
Among the league’s quarterbacks are Landry Jones, Cardale Jones, Aaron Murray and Matt McGloin.
