A deal to produce cards for the US Olympic team has been putting some NBA superstars on their first Topps issues in at least 15 years. Now, with a gold medal in hand, Steph Curry, LeBron James and Kevin Durant will sign a 1/1 card that’ll be given away to a random person who buys a $12 card commemorating their win over France on Saturday.
The base card also includes images of the veteran trio who led Team USA to a hard fought win in the gold medal game.
It’s priced at $11.99 (less in quantity) and is available until Tuesday through Topps NOW.
Topps will also create some parallels and short prints it’ll toss into random shipments as a bonus. Some will be numbered including a 1/1 Gold parallel.
That’s not all, though.
One person will win the 1/1 autograph redemption card that, once completed, will have signatures from Curry, James and Durant. All three signatures will be on-card.
Considering the moment and the trio of greats who’ve never been featured together on a triple autograph card before, it would be a surprise if it didn’t become one of the most valuable cards of the current era. The card will picture all three in their blue Team USA uniforms.
James recently signed an autograph deal with Fanatics after years as an Upper Deck exclusive signer. So far, he’s had only one autograph–a 1/1 Bowman U dual autograph card with his son Bronny.

“It’s everything I imagined, and more,” Curry said of winning a gold medal. “The guys in that locker room, we all signed up for the mission to continue USA Basketball dominance. Obviously, I understand it’s gonna be a really tough task, with some great teams that we’re gonna have to face, and there’s a sense of relief at the end, but it’s more a sense of accomplishment, obviously, knowing what we were able to do.”
On Sunday, Topps added to its checklist with two more cards from the victory over France, including one of Curry and his “night night” gesture.
Colored parallels numbered up to 49 and autographs numbered to 1 5 and 10 will again be randomly inserted.
The cards are priced at $11.99 (less in quantity).
There’s also a card of Durant holding the gold medal with parallels and autographs possible.
