Launched in 2016, the Topps NOW platform offers print-to-order cards commemorating moments, milestones and other notable events in Major League Baseball. Relic and autographed cards, produced on a limited basis, are also sold daily during the season.
Cards are offered on virtually a daily basis and only for a 24-hour period. Once orders are placed, cards are printed and shipped within the same week. Some print runs for base cards are only a few hundred while popular players sometimes sell thousands. Relic and autograph cards are serial-numbered and often sell within minutes on the company’s website. That leads to a fairly robust secondary market for the more desirable releases.
Topps also produces NOW cards for its other sports and entertainment properties.
