Topps is hoping the City of Orlando and state of Florida will agree to help with construction of a new state of the art mobile games development studio in downtown Orlando in return for job growth.
As we told you last year, the company was planning to build the facility and hire several people to work on its very successful sports apps including BUNT, Huddle and Kick.
Now, the Orlando Business Journal is reporting that business is so good Topps is asking for incentive money if it can create numerous well-paying positions for workers who develop and build those apps.
