Topps will release its second line of NFTs based on 2021 baseball cards, with the launch of Series 2 on a blockchain platform set for Monday, October 4.
Based on the sold-out 2021 Topps Series 2 Baseball physical product, the 2021 Topps Series 2 Baseball NFT Collection includes thousands of unique NFTs in both current and former Topps designs but geared toward events of the current season.
Standard “packs” of eight digital cards cost $15 while Premium packs have ten cards and a better chance at scarce digital cards priced at $150.
The project follows Topps’ release of Inception Baseball in NFT form earlier this year. That product sold out in 96 minutes to more than 22,000 buyers. The MLB Series 2 NFT collection is the second on the ToppsNFTs.com platform and third overall release following Series 1 and Inception.

Standard and Premium Packs of the 2021 Topps Series 2 Baseball NFT Collection will be available for purchase on October 4 at 1pm ET on ToppsNFTs.com, with card rarities ranging from Common to Legendary.
