A web-based application called Page Mage continues to attract attention as sellers look for ways to get noticed in a crowded eBay marketplace.
While some auction building platforms offer pre-made templates that many other sellers are using, Page Mage offers tools to customize those templates yourself. No real technical knowledge or HTML coding work is required.
Page Mage offers 24 free listings per month with a $9.95 per month option for unlimited use.
Among the other benefits include free, unlimited images–a feature that could pay for itself rather quickly for anyone who sells a significant number of items.
Some sellers are turning to video clips to help increase bidding and Page Mage will assist in that department by making it easy to embed those clips. The company’s tool is much easier than utilizing eBay’s own Sell Your Item form.
Once your listing is completed and uploaded to eBay, Page Mage allows you to upload it to Facebook as well. While it might seem like spam, sellers with a fan page can highlight special items that their regular customers might appreciate seeing. There are numerous options with the Facebook tool.
Sellers will need a Page Mage design within their listings to use the Facebook integration tool, but it isn’t necessary to use Page Mage for all of the auction management functions. Those who use Turbolister or other auction management programs can run Page Mage as well.
Page Mage also promises to soon offer a section with tips and information on how to make items stand out on eBay.
Page Mage is getting solid reviews online and might be something for sellers to consider.
