A major sports card and memorabilia show in Texas has been scheduled for April 26-28.
The three-day event will take place at the Comerica Stars Center in Frisco, about 28 miles north of Dallas.
Promoters Kyle Robertson and Leon Luckey, who have been running monthly shows in Frisco, say the new event will offer about 200 tables with several autograph guests planned. Several auction houses including Robert Edward Auctions, Heritage Auctions, Lelands and PWCC have already committed to attend as have at least two authentication companies and several major dealers. RMY Auctions will be set up and offering free evaluations of photographs. Other activities are being planned for the show floor as well but details won’t be released for a while.
The show’s location is a 4,000 seat arena located at the headquarters for the NHL’s Dallas Stars.
Show hours will be 3-8 PM Friday; 9:30 AM- 5 PM Saturday and 9:30 AM – 4 PM Sunday.
The list of autograph signers is expected to grow but as of now includes Mel Renfro, Drew Pearson, Ed “Too Tall” Jones; Billy Joe Dupree, Abner Hayes and Lincoln Coleman.
Tables are still available for the show and are priced at $200-$375 each with discounts for multiple tables. Contact information is available on the show’s website.
