A National Sports Hall of Fame sounded like a good idea. Harrisburg, PA tried to make it the centerpiece of a very expensive city development. The city’s mayor backs the plan, but not everyone is on board–in part because the man he put in charge has been drawing a nice salary and the memorabilia isn’t exactly piling up. The local CBS-TV affiliate decided to find out why:
