A US District Court judge in Tampa has granted Fanatics’ motion to move Panini America’s antitrust case against the company to New York. Panini claims Fanatics' tactics to take over NFL and NBA trading card licensing deals early violated federal law. Judge Kathrym Kimball Mizelle ruled Tuesday in Fanatics’ favor.
