Upper Deck Plans 25th Anniversary Promo Set
Upper Deck will release a 25th anniversary set this month, but it won’t be available in stores. The product will be offered as an exclusive to authorized distributors, internet retailers and authorized group breakers to use as a sales incentive to customers.
