Steiner Sports has found another outlet for it’s products. A charity auction service provider has agreed to partner with the company.
New York-based Steiner Sports is hyper-aggressive when it comes to finding outlets for it’s autographed items and other sports memorabilia.
The company has numerous deals in place to put items in the hands of collectors. Now, that will include selling items and offering "experiences" to cMarket, Inc., a provider of full service online auctions to support nonprofit causes.
Sports memorabilia is especially popular in charity auctions.
Steiner Sports works with 1,700 athletes and carries exclusive autograph deals with sports powerhouses David Ortiz and Curt Schilling of the Red Sox, Yankees captain Derek Jeter, five-time NBA all-star Jason Kidd, New York Giants running back Tiki Barber, and others. With more than 1,000 autograph sessions this year alone, Steiner can arrange for signings to be personalized for the winning auction bidder or a designated recipient.
"We guarantee the authenticity of our merchandise one hundred percent," said Steiner Sports President Jared Weiss. "If you see our hologram sticker on an item, then we actually saw it being signed."
Steiner Sports will also arrange unique meet-and-greets with professional athletes, sports clinics and presentations for cMarket clients.
