Collectors looking to rip into a fresh box of cards–no matter the sport–will have no trouble as September makes way for October.
Here’s a look at what’s coming in an active stretch of new releases.

2024 Topps Sapphire Baseball
Topps held a draw for those interested in buying the shiny blue Sapphire product last week. It’s an eight pack box with four card per pack and one autograph per box.
All 700 base cards from Topps Series 1 and 2 are part of the set along with colored parallels.

2024 Topps Chrome Sapphire Baseball Checklist
2023-24 Topps Chrome Sapphire Basketball
Topps Chrome Basketball wasn’t NBA licensed and neither is Sapphire, but it does have Victor Wembanyama. The Fanatics exclusive Rookie of the Year is driving the bus behind Topps’ early foray back into pro hoops cards. Just as in the standard Chrome product, he’ll have multiple cards possible here including autographs.

2023 Panini National Treasures Football
The ’24 season is underway but the traditionally late arriving NT is finally set to touch down.
Each box of 2023 National Treasures contains eight cards including six autographs and/or memorabilia cards, a base or insert card and a base parallel.
On-card autographs, Rookie Patch Autographs and booklet cards are among the usual selling points with this long-running line. You can grab a full preview here.
Boxes are selling for $2,000-$2,200.
2024 Topps Five Star Baseball
There’s no messing around with 2024 Topps Five Star. It has no base cards or inserts—just two on-card autographs.
Among the new autograph relic cards in 2024 Five Star include Rookie Cap Patches with game-used patches from caps worn by some of this year’s first year players during commemorative events like Jackie Robinson Day, Armed Forces Day and Independence Day.
Boxes are available online for $330-$360.

2024 Donruss Elite Football
Among the first products of the current season to picture players in their NFL uniforms, Elite offers two autographs, one memorabilia card, three rookie cards, six parallels and 11 inserts per 20-pack box.
One hundred of the 200 cards in the base set are rookies.
Boxes are currently running at $330+.
2023-24 Panini Noir Basketball
Look for The Big Fundamental on the box. A high-end product, Noir returns with a single, ten-card pack in each box. Inside a typical box will be four autographs, three memorabilia cards and three base/base parallel and/or insert cards.
All autographs offered in Noir are on-card, which includes the popular Sneaker Spotlight Signatures and Spotlight Signatures.
Boxes are starting at around $2,100 at the moment.
