2023 Bowman Chrome Baseball
One of the year’s most anticipated releases for prospectors, 2023 Bowman Chrome offers two configurations: a standard Hobby box that offers 12 packs with five cards per back
Bowman Chrome will have a standard “master box” version, with two mini boxes. Each mini box will have six packs, with five cards to a pack, with three base cards and two prospects. Topps is promising two autographs per box, plus a Shimmer parallel and one Prospects Process insert.
The HTA Choice box, on the other hand, is only one pack with three cards — but all of them are autographs.
2023 Bowman Chrome Baseball boxes are still available via Fanatics here.
2023 Panini Plates and Patches Football
P&P offers some of the first on-card autographs of this season’s NFL rookies. Also interesting–Rookie Base parallels printed on metal, #’d to 35 or less.
Each box has 12 packs with five cards per pack. A typical box will have two autographs, one memorabilia card, one parallel or inert and one base card.
There’s plenty of metal in this product. Look for current and former stars with on-card autographs in Steel Signatures and Mettle Moments. Case hits include Nuclear and the all-new American Metal.
Boxes are available for around $300.
2021-22 Upper Deck Ultimate Collection Hockey
Yes, you can still pull newly released Cole Caufield rookie cards. Upper Deck’s latest Ultimate Collection release dates to the ’21-22 season.
It’s a hits oriented product again with four cards per pack, including:
- One autograph
- One memorabilia card
- One additional auto or memorabilia card
- One base, base parallel or Introductions insert
Ultimate Rookies, numbered to 299, are among the most sought after cards in the product.

Boxes of the high-end product offer a single pack of ten cards, including six on-card autographs, one or two gems and two or three memorabilia cards.
Flawless is a mix of current and former stars. Among the highlights: on-card Rookie Patch Autographs from Brock Purdy, Kenny Pickett, Chris Olave, Christian Watson and other ’22 newcomers.

2023 Topps Allen & Ginter Baseball
Originally scheduled to arrive in July, 2023 Ginter got pushed back a couple of months but hits the market packing its usual array of traditional baseball cards, history, pop culture, food and anything else Topps can think of.
While it’s typically available in multiple configurations, Hobby boxes will hold 24 packs of eight cards. Topps is promising three hits per box, which could include autographs, relic cards, original 19th century Allen & Ginter buybacks, booklet cards, 1/1 cut signatures or rip cards.
The 350-card base set is back with the last 50 being short prints.
Boxes are available for around $145.
2023 Panini Mosaic Football
The first all-Chrome product of the ’23 NFL season, Mosaic boxes contain ten packs with five cards in each. A typical box will have two autographs, 15 Mosaic parallels, five Silver parallels and 20 inserts. The latter have sort of become the brand’s calling card and both the popular Stained Glass and Splash sets are back.
A new parallel this year is Tessellation.
