It’s a varied group of new sports card releases over the second half of March. Here’s a roundup of some of the products that’ll be on the market through your local hobby shop, breaker or online.

2021 Panini Limited Football
Limited is the lone release for a week or so with boxes arriving on Wednesday carrying three packs and five cards per pack.
Most boxes will have one Rookie Patch Autograph (all numbered to 299 or less) or Ring of Honor auto, one additional auto, one memorabilia card, one base parallel card (from a 100-card set) and one 2000 Limited Tribute card.
Among the other hits: Draft Day Signatures Booklets, featuring rookies the moment they were drafted into the NFL.
The lowest eBay price for boxes right now is around $420-$430. There’s a First Off the Line version with some exclusive content.

2021 Panini Prizm UFC
After winning the UFC trading card license, Panini quickly brought Prizm to the sport last year. It’s back for 2022 with boxes containing 12 packs and 12 cards per pack.
Box breaks will typically yield two autographs and 22 Prizm parallels. UFC rookies will get their first officially licensed cards in Prizm. New inserts this year include Bonus Machines and Prizm Flashback. Also new are Ruby Wave, Hyper and Ice parallels.
Boxes aren’t cheap with the current going rate at $935-$950.
2021-22 Upper Deck Star Rookies Set (Update 3/18-pushed back to 4/13)
This boxed set aggregates the top 2021-22 rookie prospects with each box containing a 25-card complete set.
One box per case on average will contain a bonus 26th card — a rare rookie autograph card.

2021-22 Panini Contenders Basketball (Update 3/18-pushed back to 4/13)
Contenders boxes have two autographs, two parallels and eight inserts/ insert parallels in every box (on average_.
Rookie Ticket Autographs and their parallels are among the big draws per usual. Hobby exclusive inserts will include Lottery Ticket, which utilizes a gold coin motif to show off some of the top picks in last summer’s draft.

2022 Topps Inception Baseball
The 2022 edition of Inception arrives on the heels of Topps Heritage and the two products couldn’t be more different. Each box of the artsy Inception will have seven cards with an autograph or autograph relic guaranteed per box. You can also look for two base parallel cards.
Inception Autograph Patch cards will feature player-worn uniform patches and player autographs.
