A stolen firearm led police to a large cache of sports memorabilia, baseball cards and coins late last week and a 30-year-old man from Anaheim, CA has been arrested in connection with the case.

Last Thursday, Anaheim PD detectives and investigators from a crime task force arrested Paul Muna in West Anaheim for possession of the stolen gun. Further investigation led detectives to a self-storage facility in the 2800 block of W. Lincoln Ave. where a search warrant was served.
A search of Muna’s unit resulted in the discovery of stolen property believed to be related to multiple burglaries at a self-storage facility in the 100 block of S. Knott Ave.
The recovered items have a value “in the tens of thousands” according to police. Muna’s bail was set at $100,000 and he’s expected to be arraigned on Tuesday. Additional charges are pending.
Officers haven’t released a list of specific items recovered.
