To sell cards in some places, you’ve got to be old school.
It’s no secret the sports card industry isn’t what it used to be–at least in terms the of total number of collectors compared to the boom days of the 1980s and 90s.
The card companies believe things are turning around –and they might be right. But it’s apparently not profitable enough in one of the nation’s wealthier enclaves for more than a handful of stores to survive.
