Grading standards have been set for PSA’s unopened pack-a-palooza
Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) has unveiled it’s grading scale for unopened packs.
The company announced in July it would begin to authenticate and grade unopened material for the first time. Submissions are being accepted and now collectors will know what to expect when the company assigns numeric grades to it’s certifications.
The scale is similar to it’s standard for grading sports and non-sports cards but includes the nuances associated with unopened packs.
Steve Hart, owner of The Baseball Card Exchange, has been hired as PSA’s unopened pack authenticator.
