PSA has unveiled a new landing page and online appointment booking tool designed to make it easier and less expensive for East Coast collectors to submit their items.
The company’s headquarters are in Southern California but it also has a location in Woodbridge, NJ. It opened that office in 2011, but the company says most East Coast-based collectors still send their collectibles in to PSA’s California headquarters instead.
While it doesn’t grade trading cards in New Jersey, PSA does accept orders sent to or dropped off at the facility and is set up to handle autograph submissions thanks to the presence of a full-time authenticator. The office is within a short drive of the New York City area.
“We can process autographed memorabilia, original photos and autographed cards for encapsulation,” stated PSA’s NJ Office Business Manager Sean Skeffington. “We do not offer card grading, but we will accept card grading orders and ship them to California as a courtesy to our local customers.”
The Woodbridge office hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Collectors can make their appointments anytime by going online and selecting any available time slots between 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Customers can click on the “Make an Appointment” link, select a date and time and then click “confirm.”
The office location is 10 Woodbridge Center Dr., Suite 710, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. The office phone number is (732) 634-3480. The new landing page can be found at www.PSAcard.com/newjerseyoffice.
