PSA has launched a new mobile app for users of its Set Registry. This app, compatible with iOS and Android, comes on the heels of an update to the Set Registry desktop site, which allowed for enhanced mobile compatibility.
“Making the Set Registry app was always the goal, with the intention of letting collectors enjoy their sets from anywhere. First, we had to update both the PSA and PSA/DNA Set Registry sites for mobile compatibility, because so many of our customers use their phones to navigate our site” said PSA President Joe Orlando.
According to Set Registry Director BJ Searls, the mobile app has two new features.
“First, collectors can upload images directly from their mobile device by taking a picture. Secondly, the ‘What If’ feature presents an entirely new concept to the Set Registry. By simply scanning or entering a cert number of any PSA-authenticated collectible, collectors can see how that item would impact their set’s rank, rating and grade,” said Searls.
The company says app updates and new features are already on the docket.
The PSA Set Registry companion app is available for free download on the App Store and Google Play.
