PSA says collectors have been asking them to bring down prices for grading at the National so lower priced cards can be submitted for quick turnarounds.
The company has responded.
Normally, on-site card grading fees range from $35 to $300, depending on the declared value of the cards. Traditionally, most submitters have chosen on-site grading for their more valuable cards due to the fees involved.
This year in Baltimore, you’ll be able to submit cards with a declared value of less than $500, with fees based on quantity but you’ll have to call ahead. The fees will be:
10 cards/$25 per card
25 cards/ $20 per card
50 cards/ $12.50 per card
100 cards/$15 per card
Since PSA is expecting a tremendous amount of interest in this special, anyone interested in taking advantage of this special should contact Customer Service toll-free at (800) 325-1121 or via email at [email protected] to reserve grading placement for the weekend. Placement will be based on a first come, first serve basis.
In addition to these specials, the company will be offering a $10 PSA/DNA authentication service for any autographs obtained on-site at the Autograph Pavilion. This will be approximately 50% off of all regular services. The only requirement is that customers show their autograph ticket proof-of-purchase with their submission.
PSA will be at booth A4 inside the Baltimore Convention Center.
