PSA is launching an autograph set registry. What constitutes a set? Well…that might be up to you.
It’s sports card set registry is a hit. The ticket registry has apparently gone over well. Now, PSA has decided to expand the concept to autographs.
There are now 22,000 sets on the PSA card set registry. Autograph collectors may have a little more leeway when it comes to establishing a set.
"I encourage collectors to be creative and set up categories of their choice," said President Joe Orlando. "We could have sets devoted to Academy Award winners, astronauts, Presidents, or Chicago Black Sox scandal players. The idea is to improve collectors’ experiences by bringing the collecting community closer together and enhancing the market."
A list of early categories has already been listed on the PSA web site.
