Northern California is getting a new sports card and memorabilia show.
Organizers say the inaugural Sacramento Sports Collectors Show will be held at McClellan Conference Center on Saturday, May 14 from 10 AM-5 PM.
Mike Millerick, President of Stocktoncon Events, says the show will include over 100 booths with exhibitors, sports artists and NorCal sports teams set up.
The autograph guest lineup is being set with Pete Rose already booked as the headliner. Three-time Super Bowl champ Roger Craig and women’s ba
sketball legend Ruthie Bolton are also on board. Other signers are expected to be added over the next several weeks.
Millerick says there will be events taking place during the show including panels where fans can ask questions of the athletes.
There will also be a silent auction taking place during the day.
A portion of the proceeds from the Sacramento Sports Show silent auction will go directly to Loaves and Fishes, a non-profit organization.
Pre-sale tickets are $5 – while tickets at the door are $7. Kids 8 and under get in free. The first 1,000 fans get a pack of cards from Panini America.
Dealer tables are $100 or two for $75 each.
More information on the 2016 event will be available on the show’s website and Facebook page.
