It’s been in their football stable for a few years but 2019-20 Panini Origins basketball will mark the product’s NBA debut.
Set to arrive December 18, the art-inspired Origins will offer seven cards per box including one Rookie Jersey Autograph. Another autograph or memorabilia card and two parallels will be found in each box, on average.
The Rookie Jersey autos will include prime parallels in Turquoise (#’d/25), Gold (#’d/10), Green (#’d/5) and Black (#’d/1).
In all, 40 rookies have signed for the product.
In addition to the Rookie Jersey autos, Origins will have standard rookie autograph cards and Panini is indicating that there will be plenty of on-card signatures. Silver and Gold ink versions will be in the mix as well as autographs with inscriptions.
Among the big hits are Six Star Signatures which include autographs from six different players and Rookie Booklet Autographed Patches which are fold out cards that contain a swatch on one side and a signature on the other.
Rookie Jumbo Jerseys will include a large jersey piece from the top picks in this year’s draft.
Boxes should open at around $120.
