The bobblehead has come a long way since the cookie-cutter models of the 1960s and 70s.
It’s not only maintained its niche in the collectibles market, it has become somewhat of a cult classic. Having bobbleheads strewn across a shelf in your room is never seen as a waste of space. Not when some of today’s models are so…well…out there.
The bobblehead is a relatively cheap promotional giveaway and teams at all levels have come up with creative ways to ‘honor’ players, coaches, celebrities and even announcers with their own nodder.
