When you’ve been watching the Nebraska Cornhuskers for over 70 years, you accumulate a few programs.
World War II was still five years away when Lloyd Jones saw his first Nebraska Cornhuskers game.
The Lexington, Nebraska resident has been a huge fan of the program ever since. His wife Leona has travelled with him to a lot of the games since that first one back in the 1930s. They’ve seen the Huskers win national championships and play some of the most memorable games of all-time.
They don’t have a program from every game dating back to Lloyd’s first–but he’s got that one and dozens of others. But he’s 83 now and thinking it’s time to unload them.
