Wander Franco doesn’t have an official Topps rookie card yet, although he’s made several appearances in minor league issues since signing with the Tampa Bay Rays. With the cutoff date for 2021 rookie cards having passed recently, the newly released Topps Now card commemorating his MLB debut has the “call up” logo rather than the “RC” stamp.
The Now cards are available on Topps’ website and on eBay until early Thursday afternoon.
There were autographed versions, too, but they lasted barely a couple of minutes after going live on Topps’ website at midday Wednesday. You can find some of them on eBay as well.
Some recent additions to the autograph lineup at the National, which is set to open in five weeks:
*Vida Blue
*Andruw Jones
*Dale Murphy
*Steve Garvey
*Alan Trammell
*Jim Thome
*Ivan Rodriguez
*Jim Plunkett
*Ron Harper
*Charles Oakley
*Gino Torretta
*Ari Lehman
