Maybe you’ve participated in one of their breaks or seen the name online but Jaspy’s Hobby Land now has a brick-and-mortar location in Hermosa Beach, CA.
The place is also home to those online breaks they’ve been doing for several years.
It’s all run by long-time hobbyist Mike Jaspersen and his son, Nick, who were the subject of this feature story in a SoCal online outlet.

Jerry Milburn, founder of Commons 4 Kids, says 2019 trading card donations have surpassed 2.2 million. That makes a total of more than 11 million cards donated to youngsters since the charity’s inception.
Based in Kentucky, Commons 4 Kids finds homes for unwanted cards, new toys and other items across several states.

The Philadelphia Flyers’ annual Hockey Fights Cancer Charity Auction is underway through MeiGray.
During their awareness efforts during the night of their November 25 game with Vancouver, Flyers players wore special purple warm-up jerseys with the “Hockey Fights Cancer” patch affixed to the left arm. Also, located at the bottom of the Jersey there is another “Hockey Fights Cancer’’ patch.
26 of those jerseys are now up for auction. Three goal pucks and seven other game-used pucks from that evening are also on the block.
