A 30-year-old Nashville man has been charged with felony mail theft after police say he grabbed a package from a drop box carrying thousands of dollars worth of sports cards and then sold them.

Police say the theft happened in January. In February, most of the stolen cards were recovered by detectives, who were able to track Robertson down and take him into custody last week.
