We won’t see their first official game-worn jerseys for a few weeks, at least, but NBA Auctions has the first shirts donned in pro competition by members of the 2018 Draft class.
Several rookie jerseys will open for bidding Thursday. Steph Curry’s first Summer League jersey from 2010 was offered through Heritage Auctions last year and sold for $8,400.
Among those up for grabs are DeAndre Ayton, Jaren Jackson and Marvin Bagley III.
Bidding on the first batch of jerseys will run through October 18 on the NBA Auctions website.
The 2018-19 NBA regular season opens Tuesday, October 16.
If you’re among the chosen (we’re not sure how they decide who gets the invite), eBay is once again offering a 10% eBay Bucks promotion through late Wednesday night.
You’ll get that back to spend at a later date with your Bucks account if you activate and make a purchase of $25 or more.
You can activate and get details here.
Pat Neshek of the Philadelphia Phillies is be one of baseball’s top relief pitchers who also happens to be an avid collector.
The Phils came to Colorado to meet the Rockies this week and on Tuesday morning, he stopped by Mike’s Stadium Sports Cards to break a box of the newly-released 2018 Topps Heritage High Numbers (and yes, Neshek is on the checklist).
