The only PSA 10 1979-80 OPC Wayne Gretzky rookie became the most valuable hockey card of all-time earlier this year when it sold at auction for $465,000. That subject was part of Gretzky’s entertaining visit with Conan O’Brien this week.
The two talked about the two “fights” Gretzky was in during his career and then the subject of the rookie card came up. It’s about 1:49 into this short clip.
