Former Topps Chief Operating Officer Ryan O’Hara has a new job. Starting next month, he’ll have a similar leadership role at Move, Inc.
News Corp acquired Move, a leading provider of online real estate services, including realtor.com, last month.
“We are excited to have secured Ryan O’Hara to take the helm at Move, given his record of transforming businesses in the digital age and his clear determination to accelerate the growth of the company,” said Robert Thomson, Chief Executive of News Corp.
After leaving Topps early in 2013, O’Hara served as President at the Madison Square Garden Company, leading the MSG Media, technology and marketing partnership divisions.
Broadcaster Bob Costas, known in his earlier days for carrying a Mickey Mantle card around in his wallet, was asked by an MLB Network radio show for some thoughts on the death of former Topps exec Sy Berger.
Costas offered some insight and also had some fun with the hosts about his own experiences with baseball cards. Listen below.
