Tony Medlin, who is in his 20th season with the Bears, has four assistants that help him outfit the Chicago Bears’ players and coaches. CBS 2 in Chicago spent part of a day with Medlin, who took the station inside the Bears’ equipment room for a sneak peek at how he keeps the Bears looking as good as their record.
