eBay is tweaking the feedback system that helped build the company. The first testing session is underway.
eBay users will soon be able to do more than just offer an overall rating to their buyer or seller. The company has made the first major change to the feedback system in over ten years with the launch of Feedback 2.0.
The new system gives users the opportunity to give a more detailed rating for things like communication and shipping time. It’s been rolled out in Europe where it will be tested first before being unveiled to U.S. customers.
