NBA Auctions and MeiGray are selling the jerseys worn by players during the first half of this season’s All-Star Game in New Orleans.
As of Wednesday afternoon, the highest bid had been recorded for Steph Curry’s carbon and red Western jersey. The New Orleans-themed shirt was at $10,600.
Other jerseys up for grabs included the shirt by LeBron James ($8,020), Kevin Durant ($6,026) and Giannis Antetokounmpo ($5,575). The jersey worn by All-Star MVP Anthony Davis of the Pelicans somewhat curiously lagged behind at $3,250. Davis played 31 minutes and set an All-Star Game record with 52 points. He also pulled down a game-high 10 rebounds and recorded two steals. He’s the first player since Kobe Bryant in 2011 to win MVP honors on his home floor. The jersey worn by regular season MVP favorite, Russell Westbrook was at $3,060.
The auction opened February 21 and closes at 9 PM Eastern time Thursday.
Game-worn shorts and warmups from the West’s 192-182 win over the East are being sold in auctions that close later this month.
