eBay’s latest curated auction of cards is underway with everything from Babe Ruth signed checks to Patrick Mahomes rookie cards part of the mix.
The monthly Marquee event includes several hundred items offered through numerous sellers of higher end cards as well as eBay’s partnership with Emmitt Smith and Notable Live.
There are two Ruth signed checks—one from 1945 and other made out to AG Spalding Bros.—both encapsulated by PSA.
Multiple rookie cards of Hank Aaron, complete sets of 1948 Bowman and 1955 Topps Baseball and a 1933 Goudey Lou Gehrig are also among the vintage lots offered.
The top selling item in the newly launched grouping is a 2009-10 Steph Curry Topps Chrome Rookie Refractor, numbered to 500 and graded PSA 10. In the first 48 hours since launch, bidding had surpassed $55,000.
There’s a 2017 Optic Prizm Rookie Ticket Patrick Mahomes autographed card graded PSA 10, one of the two PSA 10 1997 Skybox E-X2000 Essential Credentials Ken Griffey Jr. cards (#/99), a 1997-98 Ultra Stars Gold Michael Jordan insert rated BGS 9.5 and numerous other lower population and/or low serial numbered cards as well.

Touchdown balls from Smith’s Dallas Cowboys career, signed by the Hall of Fame running back, are among the other memorabilia listings.
