The Charlotte Hornets and MeiGray Group announced their collaboration on a new program that will offer fully authenticated Hornets game jerseys as part of the team’s charity initiative.
MeiGray will work directly with the Hornets to offer 2022-23 jerseys as part of the NBA & MeiGray Game-Worn Authentication Program. Proceeds from the partnership will go towards the Charlotte Hornets Foundation.
“MeiGray is an industry leader in game-worn authentication, and we’re pleased to provide our fans and collectors the ability to get authenticated game-worn jersey straight from our locker room,” said Hornets Chief Marketing Officer Seth Bennett. “We’re also excited that the partnership will benefit our Charlotte Hornets Foundation and assist us in our efforts in the community.”
Throughout the 2022-23 season, complete sets of jerseys in each of the team’s four uniform styles – Icon, Association, Statement and City Edition – will be available at auctions.nba.com. Collectors can actually pre-order jerseys and watch them worn on the court by emailing [email protected]. In addition, select jerseys from previous seasons are now available for retail sale at nbagameworn.com.

Every item purchased will come with MeiGrade Registration, which includes a letter of authenticity.
The Hornets open the 2022-23 regular season at San Antonio Wednesday night.
