Live stream shopping platform Loupe is now available in Canada.
The company has partnered with ShipMyCards, an international shipping option, to help execute the new deal.
Canadian collectors who buy on Loupe will have their cards sent to an SMC facility. From there, they’ll be able to log into their SMC account and choose when to have their cards shipped. SMC “specializes in quick and easy bulk shipping that keeps end costs down,” according to Loupe.
“Taking Loupe to international markets has been an ambitious goal of our team for a long time,” says Loupe founder and CEO Eric Doty. “ShipMyCards is a natural partner that brought that goal across the finish line. Their expertise is international shipping, and safe and secure handling of collectibles. They’ve helped us streamline the process greatly, and will allow us to expand to additional markets in the near future.”
“We have extensive experience in receiving, vaulting, and re-routing collectibles on behalf of hobbyists,” relayed ShipMyCards owner Bryan Wells. “We pride ourselves on a one-stop streamlined experience that removes the friction for international collectors. We have a loyal following and wide-ranging userbase in many countries, and we cannot wait to facilitate for Canadian collectors through this initiative with Loupe.”
Starting today, Loupe is available throughout Canada on iPhone and web browsers. The iOS version of the app can be downloaded on the Apple App Store, and web livestreams can be accessed at loupetheapp.com; support for Android devices is “coming soon,” according to the company.
