700 lots of vintage sports and history memorabilia will be on the block this Saturday when the Louisville Slugger Factory and Museum hosts its annual auction.
From vintage baseball cards to century-old game-used bats, Vada Pinson’s personal collection and stacks of game and event-worn jerseys, Hunt Auctions will again have its hands full. The auction takes place Saturday at 10 a.m. Eastern time.
Company president David Hunt stopped by to visit the morning show at Fox 26 in Philadelphia, where he showed off a few of the premier items in the sale, including Babe Ruth’s 702nd home run ball (autographed), and a picture signed to Joe DiMaggio by Marilyn Monroe.
