The NFL will hold a regular season game in London later this fall and there will be at least one card collector in attendance.
Donruss/Playoff is offering one NFL trading card collector and a guest the chance to attend the NFL’s first-ever regular season game in London, when the New York Giants play the Miami Dolphins at Wembley Stadium on October 28.
Entry cards found in packs of 2007 Score football cards exclusively at Wal-Mart stores will offer the chance at a grand prize package which includes two game tickets, airfare and hotel accommodations. Ten runners-up will receive an autographed mini-helmet from NFL rookies such as Brady Quinn, Adrian Peterson or Calvin Johnson. Each of the 20 second place winners will receive a factory set of 2007 Score football.
To commemorate the first regular season NFL game ever played outside of the United States, Donruss has also produced a special six card commemorative set for the NFL that will be distributed to fans in attendance and at the NFL events surrounding the game.
The set features Giants players Eli Manning, Steve Smith and Jeremy Shockey as well as the Dolphins’ Jason Taylor, Ted Ginn and Ronnie Brown.
Collectors can enter the London sweepstakes via the card pack entry form or via mail by sending a 3 1/2" x 5" piece of paper and then mail your entry in an envelope to NFL "Game In London, England" Sweepstakes, 2300 E. Randol Mill Rd., Arlington, TX 76011-6333. Entries must be received by September 10, 2007. For official rules, visit www.Donruss.com.
