Don Larsen is getting almost as much attention this month as he did 50 years ago when he pitched the only perfect game in World Series history.
Some people are born on Christmas. Others on the 4th of July. And then there are those who entered the world about the time Don Larsen was toeing the rubber during the 1956 World Series.
Even casual fans are in tune with the story of his Perfect Game. One was hoping to send a birthday card to her brother on his 50th birthday earlier this month. He was a "Larsen Baby". Only problem was–she had no clue how to find him.
